Vienna: "We must rethink the existing international order and reconsider what the correct approach to combating terrorism, hybrid warfare, and terrorist organizations should be in the future," said Sebastian Kurz, Former Chancellor of Austria, at the panel session titled 'Global Security and Balance of Power: Respect for International Law - New Issues, New Challenges.'

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Kurz highlighted the challenges posed by hybrid warfare scenarios, including cyberattacks, terrorism, and the use of drones, which pose significant threats to airports and other critical infrastructure. He emphasized that maintaining security becomes a priority in light of these developments.
