Kalbajar: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the 4th residential complex in the city of Kalbajar on August 21, APA reports. The event marks a significant step towards the development of the Kalbajar district, underscoring the government’s commitment to infrastructure expansion in the region.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Bashir Hajiyev, the President’s Special Representative in the Kalbajar district, provided detailed information about the project. The residential complex is planned to cover nearly 10 hectares and is designed to accommodate 807 families. It will feature 807 apartments, comprising 128 one-room, 304 two-room, 293 three-room, and 82 four-room units. The entire complex will consist of 26 four-story buildings, with household and commercial facilities located on the first floors.
The complex is also set to include amenities for the convenience and leisure of residents, such as sports grounds, bicycle paths, recreation areas, gazebos, and children’s playgrounds. Additionally, large-scale green spaces are planned to enhance the living environment for future residents.
