The quake was recorded at 18:11 local time. The underground tremor had a magnitude of 3.5 and occurred at a depth of 51 km.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this seismic event marks the fourth earthquake recorded in the Caspian Sea today. The earlier tremors were detected at 13:05, 13:10, and 13:21 local time. The first earthquake was felt with an intensity of 3-4 in several regions, including Lankaran, Yardimli, Lerik, Astara, Jalilabad, and Neftchala.
