In the first quarter of this year, about 5.1 billion cubic meter gas has been produced in Shah Deniz gas-condensate field, located in the Azerbaijani Sector of the Caspian Sea, which is 8.5% more in annual comparison, APA-Economics reports citing a report of the BP (operator of the project) on results of I quarter of 2021 on operations conducted in Azerbaijan.
In the reporting period, 1 million tonnes (7.8 mln. barrels) condensate have been produced in the field, which is equal to the indicator of the relevant period of the previous year,
According to information, production was conducted in Shah Deniz Alpha and Shah Deniz Bravo platforms.
