Baku: Energy efficiency has become a key strategic priority for Azerbaijan, as highlighted by Elmir Musayev, General Director of SOCAR Green. Musayev made the statement during the event 'Energy Efficiency and ESCO Investment Platform: Connecting Global ESCO Experience with Azerbaijan's Major Energy Consumers', which was part of the 31st Baku Energy Week.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Musayev emphasized that Azerbaijan possesses significant opportunities to enhance energy efficiency across various sectors. He pointed out that these opportunities are present in residential buildings, industrial enterprises, commercial facilities, and other areas.

Musayev further expressed hope that the successful implementation of energy efficiency projects in Azerbaijan would enable the country to extend its expertise to other countries facing similar challenges, particularly in the Central Asian region.
