Georgian Minister Highlights Middle Corridor Cooperation

Tbilisi: Georgia closely cooperates with partner countries on the Middle Corridor, said Georgian Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Mariam Kvrivishvili, APA's local bureau reports.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, cooperation with Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and China is particularly emphasized in this context. The minister noted that partner countries have already achieved tangible results. Last year, cargo turnover increased by 33%, and there is confidence that this year will also be successful. This is attributed to the continued close cooperation with partner countries on the Middle Corridor. The goal is to enhance the corridor's competitiveness and transform it into a primary transport link through joint efforts, projects, and initiatives.
