Baku: Sebastian Hubertus Elbe, a German expert on spatial planning, has emphasized the significance of the upcoming 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13). Elbe noted that the event serves as a crucial opportunity for various stakeholders involved in sustainable urban development to unite and collaborate.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Elbe highlighted the extensive organization of WUF13, which aims to gather politicians, practitioners, and academics on a single platform. He acknowledged the forum's role in fostering dialogue and cooperation among these diverse groups. Additionally, Elbe pointed out the positive aspect of allowing online participation, which broadens accessibility and engagement for those unable to attend in person.
