Baku: Niklas Wagner, Director for Eastern Europe, South Caucasus, and Black Sea Cooperation of the German Foreign Office, has made a post on his official X account praising the signing of the Joint Declaration on a Strategic Agenda for the Bilateral Partnership between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Federal Republic of Germany.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Wagner expressed enthusiasm about the enhanced relations between the two countries.
