New York:Gold and silver prices witnessed a decline on the global markets, with notable decreases recorded on the New York-based Commodity Exchange Inc. (COMEX).

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, gold prices fell by $19.02, bringing the price per troy ounce down to $4,005.47.

Silver prices also saw a decrease, dropping by $1.14 to $53.21 per ounce.
