Baku: The price of an ounce of gold in Azerbaijan increased by 33.1 manat, or $19.47 (0.71 percent), at the end of this week, Trend reports. The weighted average cost of an ounce of gold grew by 46.14 manat, or $27 (2.31 percent) compared to last week’s figure, landing at 4,693 manat ($2,760).
According to Trend News Agency, the price of an ounce of silver in Azerbaijan decreased by 0.9 manat (53 cents), or 1.62 percent. The weighted average cost of an ounce of silver came in at 57 manat ($33.5), which is 1.49 percent or 0.86 manat (51 cents) lower than last week’s tally.
This week, the price of an ounce of platinum in Azerbaijan dropped by 43.38 manat ($25.5), or 2.5 percent. Meanwhile, the weighted average cost of an ounce of platinum declined by 1.12 manat, or 66 cents (2.91 percent), settling at 1,738 manat ($1,022) compared to last week’s numbers.
The price for an ounce of palladium in Azerbaijan experienced a significant decrease, settling at 133.8 manat, or $78.7 (6.59 percent), during this week. Ho
wever, the weighted average cost of an ounce of palladium grew by 7.09 percent, or 132.4 manat ($77.88), compared to the indicator of last week, amounting to 2,000 manat ($1,176).
