Baku: The Secretary General of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development (GUAM), Altai Efendiev, has extended heartfelt birthday congratulations to the President of Azerbaijan.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Efendiev praised the Azerbaijani leader for his significant accomplishments in advancing the country's development and enhancing its role both regionally and internationally.
