Head of Investigation Department Commits to Solving Yekaterinburg Crime

Yekaterinburg: The head of the Investigation Department of the General Prosecutor’s Office, Nemat Avazov, expressed optimism for solving the crime involving the torture and intentional killing of Azerbaijani citizens in Yekaterinburg. Avazov stated that the department hopes for successful resolution and justice for the perpetrator through mutual cooperation during a briefing held by the General Prosecutor’s Office.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Avazov emphasized the importance of collaboration with Russian authorities. He mentioned that they have urged Russian authorized bodies to conduct thorough inspections related to the criminal case. This includes carrying out expert examinations, conducting interrogations, and reviewing relevant documents to ensure a comprehensive investigation.
