According to Trend News Agency, Minister Musayev made these remarks during his speech at the IV meeting of health ministers from OTS member and observer countries held in Shusha. He emphasized the multitude of opportunities that collaborative efforts in this area might unlock for the region. "There are many opportunities that we should jointly implement in this direction as well," Musayev stated, highlighting the potential for advancements in healthcare delivery and management within the OTS framework.
