Baku: A report has been received by the Ministry of Emergency Situations' '112' hotline regarding a fisherman who is feared to have drowned at sea near Oil Rocks, APA reports. According to the Ministry, relevant authorities, including vessels operating in the Caspian Sea, were immediately informed following the incident.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, search operations are currently ongoing for Rahim Ramiz oghlu Osmanov, who is believed to have drowned. A helicopter from the Ministry's Aviation Unit and rescuers from the Special Risk Rescue Service have been deployed to the area.
