According to Trend News Agency, Ismailzade emphasized that higher education remains too traditional and must evolve to meet new challenges. "Unfortunately, we have the format of higher education remained in the traditional form. We must change the format of higher education if we wish to successfully implement these changes in the future. It is necessary to take active steps in this direction," he stated. Ismailzade also critiqued the centralized management of higher education, pointing out its drawbacks. The Education Development Forum, held annually in Baku, serves as a critical platform for dialogue among government, educational institutions, and industry leaders.
