Baku:Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, has emphasized the strengthening humanitarian dialogue between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan. Speaking to journalists, Hajiyev noted the strategic relations and friendship shared by the two nations.
