Shusha: 'Significant opportunities exist for developing cooperation between Azerbaijan and Mexico in the economic, trade, mining, and energy sectors,' declared Hikmet Hajiyev, the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration. He made these remarks during an official reception in Shusha celebrating Mexico's Independence Day.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Hajiyev emphasized that despite the geographical distance between Azerbaijan and Mexico, this does not impede the growth of bilateral relations. He pointed out that harnessing the existing potential for expanding economic and trade relations between the two nations aligns with their mutual interests.

Hajiyev asserted that realizing this considerable potential opens up new opportunities that would benefit both countries. Additionally, he highlighted the substantial scope for enhancing close cooperation between Azerbaijan and Mexico within international organizations' frameworks.
