Baku: Conditions at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku have been praised by Icelandic athlete Markus Palsen for allowing effective training during the 15th European TeamGym Championship, currently hosted in the capital city for the first time.

According to Trend News Agency, Palsen, who is competing in the championship, emphasized the arena’s comprehensive facilities. “The arena has all necessary equipment which enhances our training sessions,” said Palsen. He further highlighted the competitive level of the event, noting that it features strong athletes from across Europe. “We can say that the strongest teams in Europe are competing here. I consider my team to be one of the best. Our goal is to win medals,” he added.
