Baku: Director-General of ICESCO Salim bin Mohammed AlMalik has addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of his birthday, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from AlMalik conveys sincere congratulations on behalf of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO).
