Baku: A tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA), the Turkish Informatics Industry Association (T€š¬…¡¬¦‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦‚¬Å¡¬€¦‚¬Å“BISAD), and the consulting company Sistem Global Danismanlik A.S, APA-Economics reports. This agreement marks a significant step forward in fostering digital cooperation between Azerbaijan and Trkiye.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the memorandum outlines cooperation in several key areas, including the innovation ecosystem, digital transformation, and the development of technoparks. It also emphasizes support for startups through incubation and acceleration programs, strengthening technological entrepreneurship and human capital, joint financing of innovation projects and investment, promotion of public-private partnerships, and support for pilot projects through digital sandboxes.

The signing took place during the 'Azerbaijan-Trkiye Business Forum: Digital Transformation and Technology Bridge.' The forum saw participation from 70 leading ICT companies and financial institutions from both countries, alongside representatives from various government bodies. B2B and B2G meetings were also organized to further encourage collaboration and partnership opportunities.
