Beirut: A wave of Israeli airstrikes in Beirut's southern suburbs overnight and this morning targeted Hezbollah command centers and weapon storage sites, the military says. The strikes are part of an ongoing military operation aimed at weakening Hezbollah's military capabilities in the region.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed that the airstrikes also targeted a Hezbollah command center in the coastal Lebanese city of Tyre yesterday. These operations are reportedly part of a broader strategy to dismantle Hezbollah's operational infrastructure.

The IDF further stated that prior to the airstrikes, evacuation warnings were issued to Lebanese civilians in the affected areas, emphasizing the aim to minimize civilian casualties during these military operations.
