Baku: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has released its forecast for Azerbaijan’s current account balance (CAB) surplus.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Fund expects the CAB surplus to stand at 4.3 percent in 2025 and 2.3 percent in 2026. By 2030, Azerbaijan’s current account balance is projected to record a deficit equivalent to 0.8 percent of GDP.
