In September, Russia intends to reduce oil exports by 300 thousand b/d to the average level of the May-June period, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters. Commenting on the base of the decline in exports, he said that exports will decline from July, so the decline in the framework of voluntary commitments is counted from the level of June. He also stressed that Russia fulfilled its obligations to reduce oil production in August.
