Intelligence of Ukraine: Russia Aims for War Pause to Regain Power


Kyiv: Russia seeks to achieve a pause in the war in order to restore its power. Currently, one day of war costs the country about $1 billion, Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov said, APA reports, citing unian.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, military spending accounts for 41 percent of the Russian state budget. Budanov highlighted that it is impossible for official Moscow to increase the volume of military industrial production beyond this percentage.



Budanov also mentioned that, unlike Ukraine, Russia relies on its internal capabilities to manage the ongoing conflict.
