In January-November 2022 Azerbaijan collected AZN 657.6 million in voluntary insurance and AZN 217.5 million in compulsory insurance.
According to the insurance survey published by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the appropriate figures are 24.3% more and 9% less as compared to the same period of the last year respectively.
The sum of payments on voluntary and obligatory insurance in the reviewed totaled 313.7 and 87.2 mln AZN respectively. This is down by 1.9% and 20.8% from a year earlier, respectively.
Thus, in January-November this year in the market of voluntary insurance it was paid up to 47.7 manats of insurance premiums for every 100 manats collected. This figure amounted to AZN 60,45 in January-November of the last year. In the market of compulsory insurance the sum of insurance premiums for each 100 manat collected has fallen from 46.1 manats to 40.1 manats
