According to Azeri-Press News Agency, global daily oil demand is expected to increase by 835,000 barrels in 2025, which is 47,000 barrels more than the previous forecast of 788,000 barrels. The Agency has also revised its 2026 forecast upward by 93,000 barrels, projecting demand growth of 863,000 barrels.
The IEA estimates that average daily global oil demand will reach 103.923 million barrels in 2025 and 104.785 million barrels in 2026. These revised figures highlight a steady increase in global oil demand over the next few years.
