Iran Resumes All Airline Flights Amid Regional Tensions

TEHRAN: Air flights over Iran’s skies will resume today from 09:00 local time, following a temporary suspension, according to Jafar Yazarloo, an advisor to the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran. The announcement comes after a night of heightened tensions in the region due to military actions.

According to Trend News Agency, passengers are advised to contact airlines directly to confirm the status of their flights. The temporary suspension of flights was implemented as a precautionary measure after Israel conducted strikes against Iran’s military facilities. This move had resulted in the cancellation of all flights over Iran, creating disruptions for travelers.

The resumption of flights signals a return to normalcy in Iran’s airspace, though the situation remains sensitive following the recent military developments. The Civil Aviation Organization has been actively working to manage the impact on air travel, ensuring the safety and security of passengers while coordinating with airlines for a smooth transi
tion back to regular operations.
