Astara: Iranian-born British citizen Mohammad Baghirpour has observed that despite the closure of schools and universities, shops and offices in the region remain operational. Baghirpour shared his insights during an interview with local journalists at the Astara State Border Checkpoint.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Baghirpour, who hails from Maragha and currently resides in the United Kingdom, expressed gratitude for the conditions provided to travelers. He stated, "I am going to London via Azerbaijan. Thank you, they have created conditions for us." As a British citizen, Baghirpour's journey through Azerbaijan underscores the continued connectivity and operational status of business establishments, even as educational institutions face temporary closures.
