TEHRAN: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi emphasized the necessity of peaceful solutions for regional issues during a press conference on the eve of the "3+3" format meeting, as reported by Trend News Agency. According to Trend News Agency, Abbas Araghchi stressed the importance of dialogue and cooperation among the participating countries, excluding Georgia, in addressing the challenges in the Caucasus region. He expressed concerns about the potential escalation of conflicts in Gaza and Lebanon and the broader implications for regional stability. The minister highlighted the unified approach of the countries involved in the meeting towards peace and stability. "The '3+3' meetings will be held without the participation of Georgia, but the other countries of the region have demonstrated their determination to negotiate and coordinate their actions on the issues of the Caucasus region. We should pay attention to peaceful resolution of regional issues, security, and political arrangements in the region t o bring peace and stability to the region," Araghchi stated. He further mentioned his upcoming discussions with the Turkish president and foreign minister to foster cooperation on these critical matters. The focus of the "3+3" meeting is to facilitate dialogue and cooperation among the countries involved, thereby contributing to the peaceful resolution of conflicts and enhancing regional security and political collaboration.
