According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Minister Ghezeljeh has engaged in discussions with Azerbaijan's Minister of Agriculture on two occasions, both in person and via phone. During these conversations, he emphasized Iran's readiness to enhance collaboration in the agricultural domain. The discussions also explored avenues for cooperation in the transit of agricultural products between the two countries.

Minister Ghezeljeh indicated the feasibility of collaborating on the transit of Iranian agricultural products to Russia through Azerbaijani territory. This potential collaboration could pave the way for strengthened ties and mutual benefits in the agricultural sector for Iran and Azerbaijan.
