At the meeting of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev with the President of the Council of the European Union Charles Michel and the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, issue of residents of Armenian origin in Karabakh living within the framework of the Constitution of Azerbaijan and the sovereignty of Azerbaijan was discussed, APA reports.

At the same time, the issue of the Western Azerbaijan community and their return was discussed at the meeting.
