“NATO supports the normalisation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” wrote NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs & Security Policy and Special Representative for the Caucasus & Central Asia Javier Colomina on Twitter.

“Concerned about the persistent tension between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Both parties should renew their efforts and address the causes of the conflict. NATO supports the normalisation process and the settlement of the remaining issues,” he added.
