On July 20, 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia, Edgars Rinkevics, held a telephone conversation, APA reports citing the foreign Ministry.

The ministers discussed issues of mutual interest on the agenda of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Latvia.

Moreover, the parties exchanged views on the current issues of the Azerbaijan-European Union partnership.

During the telephone conversation, the ministers also discussed the current regional situation and other issues of mutual interest.
