Baku: Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, emphasized the potential impact of diplomatic meetings on regional stability and security during a joint press conference with Ignazio Cassis, Federal Councillor and Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Confederation, who also serves as the OSCE Chairman-in-Office. The meeting focused on a broad range of topics, including bilateral relations, Switzerland's chairmanship priorities across various organizations, and the post-conflict situation in the region.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, discussions also touched on the Azerbaijan-Switzerland bilateral agenda, the Azerbaijan-Armenia normalization process, and other issues of mutual interest. The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister expressed confidence that these exchanges of ideas and meetings would significantly advance bilateral relations and contribute to strengthening stability and security in the region.
