Baku: Azerbaijan is keen on participating in the events organized by the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), as stated by Rasim Bagirov, Director of the Department of International Relations and Documentation of the Media Development Agency of Azerbaijan. This announcement was made during the 12th meeting of the Working Group on Media and Information of the OTS.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Bagirov highlighted that the OTS is a significant partner for Azerbaijan, emphasizing the close collaboration between them. He shared that the joint media projects executed under the OTS framework, along with institutional cooperation mechanisms and mutual information exchange, are vital in establishing a unified and sustainable communication space among Turkic-speaking nations. The meeting’s agenda addresses issues that open new avenues for enhancing information security, coordinating joint efforts against disinformation, developing strategic communication skills, and more effectively executing joint media initiatives.
