Jordan Seeks Strategic Partnership with Azerbaijan for CIS Market Access

Baku: Azerbaijan can be a key partner for us in accessing the CIS markets, said Jordanian Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Yarub Gudah at the 4th meeting of the Azerbaijan-Jordan Intergovernmental Commission, APA-Economics reports. He emphasized the absence of Jordanian presence in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets and highlighted the strategic importance of collaboration with Azerbaijan.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Yarub Gudah pointed out that Azerbaijan’s established ties with CIS countries in various sectors, including political, economic, and trade, could provide Jordan with new opportunities. Official Amman, in collaboration with Baku, prioritizes the expansion of access to regional markets, viewing it as a crucial aspect of their bilateral cooperation.
