Baku: "We are against aggression," Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Ayman Al-Safadi declared during a joint press conference with Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, APA reports. Al-Safadi expressed Jordan's support for a ceasefire between the United States and Iran.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the minister emphasized the importance of leaving tensions behind to benefit from peace. He expressed support for the implementation of President Trump's plans, as well as adherence to human rights and international law. Al-Safadi also reiterated Jordan's support for a two-state solution concerning Palestine and expressed hope that Azerbaijan would continue to support an independent Palestine in the future.
