Baku: The Karabakh Regional Scientific Research and Innovations Institute has been officially established in Azerbaijan. Alongside it, the Institute of Applied Sciences has also been founded, marking a significant development in the country's scientific and research landscape.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the establishment of these institutes was formalized by a decision signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.
