Karabakh Revival Fund Announces Construction Plans for Fuzuli Central Park


Fuzuli: The Karabakh Revival Fund is set to begin construction on the new Central Park in Fuzuli, Azerbaijan, as part of broader efforts to rebuild and revitalize the region, according to a statement from the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, Emin Huseynov.

According to Trend News Agency, Huseynov announced the plans during the City Day celebrations in Fuzuli. He outlined that the Karabakh Revival Fund’s initiative includes the development of Fuzuli Central Park. Concurrently, the Ministry of Culture will start the procurement process for two significant projects in the area: the Fuzuli Memorial Park and museums dedicated to Occupation and Victory. These developments are part of a broader push to commemorate the region’s history and celebrate its liberation.

In addition to the park and museum projects, Huseynov revealed the designation of Dovletyarli village as the second “smart village” in the Fuzuli district. This follows
the completion of earthworks in Pirahmedli village, indicating a continued focus on advanced infrastructure and sustainable development in the area.

These initiatives are expected to play a crucial role in the socio-economic development of the Fuzuli district, bringing new facilities, green spaces, and educational opportunities to the residents and visitors of the area.
