According to Azeri-Press News Agency, on February 26 at 17:00, as in the entire territory of Azerbaijan, a minute of silence was observed in memory of the victims of the Khojaly genocide in Khankandi city, Aghdara, and Khojaly districts.

Traffic was stopped on the streets, and car horns were sounded.
