Manama: Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, extended his congratulations to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Azerbaijan’s Independence Day. In a letter, the King expressed his best wishes to both President Aliyev and the citizens of Azerbaijan.
