Baku: Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, has conveyed his congratulations to President Ilham Aliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Azerbaijan's Independence Day.
