Days of Kyrgyz Cinema are set to be held in Hungary on November 16-17. This cultural event was announced by the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Budapest.

According to 24.kg News Agency, the diplomatic mission stated that the event would commemorate the 95th anniversary of the birth of Chingiz Aitmatov, the People's Writer of the Kyrgyz Republic. The film screenings are scheduled to take place at the ethnographic museum.

The films to be showcased include "Sagynbai Manaschy" by Ernest Abdyzhaparov and "The White Steamship" by Bolotbek Shamshiev, which will be screened in an open format. Additionally, the film "Shambala" by Artykpai Suyundukov will be shown in a closed format.
