Bishkek: Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to deepening its comprehensive strategic partnership with China, President Sadyr Zhaparov stated during a meeting with Cai Qi, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China.
According to Trend News Agency, Zhaparov highlighted that the partnership is founded on mutual trust, a collaborative political dialogue, and the pursuit of key areas of cooperation. The discussions between the two sides included enhancing political dialogue, expanding cultural and humanitarian ties, and strengthening cooperation in trade, economy, and investment.
Zhaparov further stressed China’s role as Kyrgyzstan’s leading trade and investment partner, expressing a willingness to expand cooperation in finance, infrastructure, culture, and humanitarian areas. He invited Chinese companies to actively engage in national projects, which would support economic development, job creation, and improved living standards.
The discussions concluded with both parties reiterating their commitment to strengthening Kyrgyzstan-China bilateral relations, enhancing strategic collaboration, and implementing mutually agreed initiatives to benefit both nations.
