Sumgayit: A media tour to Azertechnoline LLC, a resident of Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park and part of Azmade Group LLC, including its several enterprises, has been organized, Trend reports. At the event, media representatives had the chance to see the inner workings of Azertechnoline, one of Azerbaijan’s top industrial manufacturers, up close and personal.
According to Trend News Agency, the media tour provided an opportunity for journalists to examine the production of polyethylene and multilayer pipes, products for water supply and sewage systems, and components for heavy industrial infrastructure-all manufactured by Azertechnoline. The tour included visits to the company’s Iron Pipe Plant, Technical Equipment Plant, and Polyethylene Products Plant, where the production processes were observed firsthand.
The representatives were informed about the company’s operations, focusing on product quality, adherence to European standards, eco-friendly technologies, advanced equipment, and promising export potential. Azertechnoline, under the leadership of Chairman of Azmade Group’s Board Emruz Isgandarov, plays a crucial role in advancing Azerbaijan’s industrial landscape. Since its inception, the organization has been instrumental in the evolution and enhancement of the nation’s industrial framework.
The tour highlighted that all three Azertechnoline facilities are equipped with testing laboratories, where raw materials undergo rigorous quality assessments before production begins. These laboratories collaborate with over 120 public and private entities. The event concluded with a Q and A session where journalists’ questions were addressed.
Jeyhun Guliyev, Head of the Commercial Department of Azertechnoline, stated that the company’s focus extends beyond the domestic market to export-oriented production. Since its inception, the enterprise has positioned itself strategically to manufacture goods for international distribution. Today, its products are distributed across more than 25 jurisdictions, including adjacent and European markets. There has been a notable increase in export activities to the United States since the previous fiscal year, underscoring Azertechnoline’s reputation for high-caliber production and dependability.
Regarding yearly output potential, Guliyev highlighted that the Iron Pipe and Polyethylene Products Plants each achieve a production threshold exceeding 100,000 tons, while the Technical Equipment Plant produces over 12,000 tons. Increasing throughput annually is a primary objective, with strategic initiatives underway to enhance manufacturing capacities in response to rising market demand and ongoing construction projects.
Guliyev also noted that Azertechnoline has significantly impacted the labor market, establishing a robust employment framework over the past 13 years and currently employing over 1,000 personnel. The organization offers experiential learning pathways for recent graduates, along with competitive remuneration packages and additional benefits, such as sustenance provisions and transit facilitation within the Baku metropolitan area.
The event concluded with a commemorative photographic session. Established in 2012, Azertechnoline has become a key player in the industrial sector, exporting products to markets across the Middle East, the CIS, and Europe.
