Baku: On August 20, Inam Karimov, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan, met with a Kyrgyz delegation led by Nurlan Alisherovich Musaev, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan. The meeting focused on the evolving bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and the exchange of experience between the Supreme Courts of Turkic states.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the Azerbaijani Chief Justice shared insights into the reforms aimed at refining the country's judicial system and the ongoing move towards digitalization. He highlighted how judicial specialization, the extensive application of modern information technologies, and the continuous enhancement of the legislative framework are contributing to the increased efficiency of justice in Azerbaijan.
Inam Karimov pointed out that the development of the 'e-court' information system, alongside the use of artificial intelligence and other digital innovations, is pivotal in making court services more efficient and accessible. Nurlan Alisherovich Musaev expressed gratitude to the Azerbaijani Chief Justice for the hospitality extended to the Kyrgyz delegation. He noted that the visit's objective was to gain a deeper understanding of Azerbaijan's 'e-court' information system and to learn from the country's experience in this domain.
