Leaders of Azerbaijan and Vietnam Viewed Exhibition of Vietnamese Paintings


Baku: On May 7, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and their daughter Leyla Aliyeva, along with To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and his spouse Ngo Phuong Ly, visited an exhibition of Vietnamese paintings at the Gulustan Palace in Baku.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the visit was part of a cultural exchange initiative aimed at strengthening the ties between Azerbaijan and Vietnam. The exhibition showcased an array of Vietnamese paintings, highlighting the rich artistic traditions and cultural heritage of Vietnam.



The leaders and their families spent considerable time at the exhibition, engaging with the artworks and discussing the cultural significance of the pieces on display. The event provided an opportunity for both nations to celebrate their cultural connections and explore future collaborations in the arts.
