Legal Entities and Government Agencies Can Now Order ‘SIMA Token’ Online

Baku: ‘AzInTelecom’ LLC, a subsidiary of AZCON Holding, has announced a new service enabling legal entities and government agencies to order the ‘SIMA Token’ electronic signature entirely online. This development marks an enhancement of a service initially launched for citizens and entrepreneurs approximately a year ago.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, all users, including legal entities and government agencies, can now conveniently order the ‘SIMA Token’ electronic signature at any time via . To utilize the service, users need to log into the SIMA cabinet, navigate to the ‘Employees’ section to review and manage signing authorities for ‘SIMA Imza’ and ‘SIMA Token,’ and enter the necessary employee information on the ‘Order Information’ page.

The process involves signing a contract with ‘SIMA Imza’ after inputting the required details, followed by payment. Once these steps are completed, the execution of the ‘SIMA Token’ order begins, with users able to monitor its progress on the ‘General Orders
‘ page. The cost for a 3-year Token signature is set at 72 AZN for legal entities and 58 AZN for government agencies.

‘SIMA Token’ provides an enhanced electronic signature that adheres to international standards, enabling identity verification in the virtual environment. It holds the same legal authority as a handwritten signature under existing legislation. Key benefits of the ‘SIMA Token’ include recognition, confidentiality, integrity, and non-repudiation.

This electronic signature solution is versatile and can be applied across various platforms requiring electronic signatures, such as the electronic tax portal, mortgage applications, electronic court systems, mobile notary services, the AMAS platform, and numerous banking and financial services.
