Baku: Levis Dijkstra, a representative of the European Commission's Joint Research Centre, highlighted the significance of the World Urban Forum 13 (WUF13) as a critical platform for international dialogue on urban planning. In an interview, Dijkstra emphasized the forum's role in bringing together representatives from different nations to discuss the development and planning of future cities.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Dijkstra underscored Azerbaijan's ongoing efforts in sustainable urban development as a model for transforming cities into more sustainable and resilient communities.
