Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has declared that Azerbaijan has developed a distinctive approach to rebuilding cities and villages from scratch. In an interview with Euronews, he stated, "I think that we have so far elaborated a unique experience in how to build cities and villages from scratch," APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev attributed this development to the necessity created by the extensive destruction in the occupied territories. He explained that a step-by-step approach, alongside parallel development strategies, has resulted in 85,000 people returning to these newly built areas within five years.
